The association 'La Via delle Pievi' offers high quality services at the accommodations owned by the associates, the rooms, the apartments, the houses, the villas have a very high standard in common considering the decoration, the services and the location. The owners offer to their guests who have chosen the surroundings of Lucca to pass a dream holiday, the necessary attention to the needs and personal requests, in a way that the stay can become a unique experience and not one of mass turism.

The Fabbrica di San Martino is a rustic house built by Count Lorenzo Sardi in 1735. It comprises two independent apartments so arranged that they can be subdivided, especially in the winter months, into suites for Bed and Breakfast guests, with bedroom, bathroom and sitting room.
The house can also be rented as a single unit.

Guests staying at Il Borghino can make use of the spacious shared area which consists not only of the 140 sq.m. garden which surrounds the pool, but also of an area which includes a jacuzzi, wood oven with barbecue and a 130 sq.m hall, with fully equipped kitchen and fireplace.
From the dining room you can go down to the fitness area (100 sq.m) with underwater view of the pool, turkish bath and shower with jacuzzi.
