The three houses, il Melograno, I Nespoli and Il Gelso, offer a total of 20 beds and are divided as follows:

Il Melograno (sleeps 7 - sharing swimming pool, fitness area, turkish bath, barbeque)

Il Melograno; about 110 sq. m. floor area, is entirely made of stone with hand-made brick finishings, terra cotta floors, and the roof is made of wood and Tuscan tiles.
On the ground floor is the kitchen and sitting room with a fireplace, a single bedroom with an independent entrance and en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, store-room and outside pergola.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, an en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub. It can sleep seven people. more details»

I Nespoli (sleeps 6 - sharing swimming pool, fitness area, turkish bath, barbeque)

I Nespoli; about 150 sq.m. in size, is laid out on three floors: an entrance into a hall with a fireplace: On the same floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, breakfast room and kitchen with independent entrance which leads onto a large pergola.
On the floor below, there is an independent double bedroom with bathroom and shower. On the top floor, there are two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, each with shower cubicle, of which one is en suite. Sleeps six people. more details»

Il Gelso; is about 150 sq.m. and laid out on three floors: The entrance, opposite the swimming pool, leads into a hall with a fireplace. On the same floor, there is a kitchen with an outside pergola, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and store-room.

Location
The hamlet is situated in the hills, 6 kilometres from Lucca, with a stupendous view onto the town and surrounding countryside, as far as the sea. Close by is the village of Pieve Santo Stefano with its beautiful Roman parish church.

Guests staying at Il Borghino can make use of the spacious shared area which consists not only of the 140 sq.m. garden which surrounds the pool, but also of an area which includes a jacuzzi, wood oven with barbecue and a 130 sq.m hall, with fully equipped kitchen and fireplace.
From the dining room you can go down to the fitness area (100 sq.m) with underwater view of the pool, turkish bath and shower with jacuzzi.

Arrival
Rentals (unless otherwise agreed) are from Saturday to Saturday with guests leaving before 10.00 a.m and arriving after 4 p.m.
The houses can be rented individually or as a group, in which case the use of the swimming pool, hall and gym is exclusive.
During low season, from October to May, single rooms may be rented, according to availability.
